Phone addiction. I truly feel like I have one now and I hate it. Is anyone feeling the same or possibly improved your phone addition? I am constantly on my phone and my usage is averaging 5.5 hours per day. I wake up to my phone and it's the last thing I see before bed. On it between meetings and any moment that I don't have to be focused. I will say that my phone doesn't get touched when I'm with people. Almost at all. It is a cycle of insta, snap, and FB. With LinkedIn and this in between.

FORM50 fitness? Anyone familiar with them? Looks kind of like power Pilates. They only have a New York (Astoria) studio and a Miami studio. Obviously horrible when it happens to anyone but it takes the cake for me when white people in healthcare discriminate about Black people when they don't know they work in the same field and know how they should be treated.

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)
