I’m hoping to just convert my salary directly to euro and get 75k. Just wondering if anyone has any insight to what a data analyst with 5 years experience should expect in case my company try to move my salary to match local salary ranges

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data.
