As far as I’m concerned there are two main routes people take: 1. You move every couple of years to a new job getting a big pay bump each time. 2. You find yourself at good places making good work, stay 3,4,5 years and settle for being underpaid knowing you’ll make up for it as a GCD/ECD down the line.
This is probably pretty close, with a combination of the two being key. At some point you need to settle somewhere and show you can consistently elevate a brand for an extended period. Otherwise it will make the hopping much more challenging in the long run.

Will, you can become millionaire with simple smart investing and just some patience. Look up “I will teach you how to be rich” by ramit Sethi. But, asking for raises is one way and possibly building following and then monetizing by selling a course or books. Look at Dan Nelken and Ashely Russntein. They are copywriters and have created additional side income by providing value!
It’s up to you and the Universe. Give 200%, listen, learn and grow. Try new things. Lie about how much you making on your next interview. Not by too much, of course. Find a great partner. And be in the right place at the right time which is out of your control.
Use some of the copywriting earnings to invest in stocks and bitcoin.
