Business as usual - Keep reaching out and apply. It’s not over until it’s over
Fwiw this was my situation with BCG. Didn't get any traction in y1, went into a strong corporate strategy role over the summer, and got invites for full time recruiting.
How good is your MBA? That part is kind of relevant

In my experience you didn’t get invites to interview without applying (unless you mean to the informal casing and networking events; definitely a good sign to get invited but others will still get interview invites).
Source: work at Bain today via MBA recruiting and didn’t get invited to interview before I applied

Ditto for me with BCG. Just applied.
Your chances are roughly cut by 50% but in no way are you out. Might be worth speaking with well connected 2nd years or recent alums to see what you can still do.
Can I ask a mind-blowingly dumb question - how did you not get invited without applying? Isn't one a prerequisite for another?
MBA recruiting begins with a lot of networking, which I did. A ton of coffee chats, office visits, and presentations. But for whatever reason, I have not been invited to invite-only events which are usually seen as a strong sign that you’ll get an interview.
Your application will likely have to be outstanding at this point. Either your resume from the school resume book didn’t stand out, you didn’t stand out from the crowd in the networking events, or you did something to rub someone the wrong way during the networking events.
It’s still possible to get an interview invite but your chances are meaningfully lower now
You sound proud, and like someone I wouldn’t want to work with.
I can assure you there are both bright stars and morons at both of our firms. Some of us just don’t do as well with little games.
Find your campus recruiter or campus source ambassador or the office recruiter (for the office you are applying) and try to do a coffee chat with them :) good luck.
Maybe it’s internship, maybe it’s full-time, maybe they don’t know you’re interested, maybe they have better candidates for the time. You don’t know until you do it.
