I am thinking of transitioning my career from Finance operations (e.g. working in wipro mainly finance backend jobs where crowd is hired) to Financial Analytics roles (Tableau and MySQL). As finance operations roles I have worked on has lower salary compared to my experience of 5 years. Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible.
