McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company had a phone interview on Thursday and was told recruiter should get back by Friday. Is it ok for me to follow up on a Monday or should I send an email tomorrow seeing Mondays can be super busy?

Has anyone recently done a single-round super day (4 cases in a day) at McK? Want to know if the interviews were back to back and whether they were all straightforward/typically structured.

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. But I don’t want to fail at the last hurdle as I really like this company and it would be a dream to work there any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Follow up etiquette help needed! I am expecting a job offer at firm one next week or so. I am into the final phases at firm two. Would it be appropriate to email my recruiter from firm one that they are my preference but I’m far along in the process at firm two and ask for an update on where I stand (to hopefully get an offer faster)? I do try and ask for feedback, and sometimes they give saying that there just isn't the right fit for your skillset at this time. If so, then why did you interview me? #frustrated
