Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

C1 2x’d his analyst salary and is earning straight $$ now. He can finally afford the payments on his 3 series AND pay for his own streaming subscriptions without eating ramen every night.
It’s not really. The main difference is that MI associates are expected to have exceptional client hands, are generally experienced hires, and have a preference for sticking around a bit longer and seeing the strategy get executed.
You’re expected to have the same set of skills as generalists, and will likely be staffed on a mix of work.
Sure
MI here. No difference. Same interview, same evaluation criteria, same staffing opportunities. As M1 said, they are generally experienced hires and expected to spike in client hands/counseling but you have to at least meet the bar across the full toolkit (with spikes in some areas). MI get staffed on everything from long ops implementation to pure strategy to DDs. MI are expected to affiliate with sector and functional practices, develop knowledge platform just like integrative. It’s a partner path.
I honestly don’t know. I’ve staffed an MI EM and an MI associate in the past on different projects and they were no different than “integrative” EMs who were functional practice dedicated.
