I’m working with a financial education startup that is looking for an animator or team of animators that can produce 10-20 2Danimated explainer-videos (possibly a lot more in the future). 60-90seconds in length each.
They want to prioritize comprehension (function>fashion), with just a bit more style than what you can see of their past videos on their front page: https://learnfinlit.com/
DM me and I can send more info...

McKinsey & Company Hi all! Any fishes at BCG and/or McK have time to chat sometime within the next few days/weeks?
I’m a consulting analyst at Accenture, really interested in strategy work (mainly tech/software clients but open to all backgrounds) hoping to make the jump some time next year. I’d very much appreciate connecting to understand your journey with the firms and the work you do.
Thanks in advance, and happy holidays!

Anyone want to run Bain-style cases with me?
Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?
Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

Yeah internal role….not sure what you expect
Tbh I’m surprised it’s that high
Not at mck but coming from a firm that benchmarks comp against mck, that seems like a great salary to me… Sounds like about what client facing managers make minus the sign on bonus

I think that good considering it’s not consulting?

Is broadly agree with everyone saying “sounds about right,” but maybe should start with a question: what kind of role? We have “managers” like PDMs (title not actual manager of people), “managers” who lead small teams of EAs, finance, comms, etc traditional corp functions, and “managers” who own really complex topics and lead teams of CSPs who are more like advisors (e.g., DnA risk).
What do you want to do with your career?
Going from client facing to internal role is a relatively big step and change. If there is a core reason, great! Just hope you’re not doing it for branding
Seems about right.
I interviewed for a manager role a internal BCG digital about three years ago. And the comp was laughably low.
Having said that…your comp is $65k higher.
