McKinsey folks: Have this feeling that I am getting a low offer for a manager role for an internal role. Coming from Deloitte. Certified, qualified, and experienced. Offer is $192k with no sign on. No annual bonus but a 12% contribution to a retirement account.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).
