Is this a toxic trait.. anytime I have an inconvenience, I look for jobs or do I just hate my job. I have applied and received several interviews but when it comes to that point, I back out and decide it’s best to stay. I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. IMHO, our stint in consulting’s purpose is to develop a corporate strategy skillset. Doing CDDs is one of if not the best way to get a ton of reps and variety in our 18 - 24 month tenure.

With options among MBB, T2 incl S&, EYP, and general Big 4 / ACN MC:

- Take MBB (can ask for CDD, overall better comp package)
- Reject B4 MC (won’t get it here)
- T2 (pick other T2s if you want way more strategy projects that aren’t CDD / growth strategy)
