Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?
Hi fellow fishies!
Can someone please explain what is “SUPPLEMENTARY allowance” in my payslip??? It is the highest in my entire payslip, more than basic salary. Basic is lets say ₹7 lac annually and supplementary bonus is ₹7 lac 40 thousand.
Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

MBA + CFA level 2 as well
Very low
How many yoe?
I’ve been with the company 5 years in August started under H1B and I believe that has hindered my chances over the years to re-level to a higher salary
140-160 minimum in market, assuming your MBA is not from top 25 school
Obviously this is subjective, but many would say the value of getting an MBA drops off precipitously when you go past T20. I personally don't know, it's just what I've read. Babson is rank 72 so probably there isn't much value to it at all UNLESS you can leverage your network. Have you tried connecting with other Babson MBA alumni on linkedin?
Depends on skillset. RPA implementations tend to be pretty low cost and low margin.
To me it seems like an area that’s having more and more pricing pressure. Lots of small companies offering almost entirely offshore development and very low cost. Plus a lot of these tools are becoming so straightforward that in housing the development skills seems to be more common. I think if your key skills are managing teams, managing projects, managing client relationships though you can definitely earn more - just not sure if rpa is the space.
Definitely low end. 110k would be entry level manager, with the scale you seem to have I believe your comp should be significantly higher.
Thank you for the input
