Tfw a recruiter reaches out and asks if you’re around for a chat... Only to never respond to you again after you say yes. Just, why?!

Interview question for Angular Developer in TCS having 3 plus years of experience, any suggestions?

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

Do you reply how much you earn? To me it seems absolutely inappropriate and irrelevant. I can respond what are my future salary expectations. The recruiter for freelance at Havas is the worst. She’ll email and ask for my availability then ghost. Also brought me in for an interview & didn’t even tell them I freelanced there before.
