Mood: Hawaiian Pork Kebabs 🏖️

Marinate overnight a pound of chopped boneless pork loin to a mixture of 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Chop 2 bell peppers, 1/2 pineapple, and an onion and assemble in skewers with the marinated pork. Grill for 10-12 mins or until temp is 145f. If no grill, roast in oven on baking sheet at 400f for 18 mins, flip once.
