Having gone against Morgan and Morgan… their workload is so heavy that one of the associates commenced a case against my client who was 5 miles from the place of incident and totally not involved. Nearly got sanctions awarded and the attorney was too busy to pick up the phone to talk with me so I could tell her before I made my motion what was going on as a courtesy.
Have you heard…that they’re the biggest personal injury firm on EARTH?! At least that’s what the TV says every 20-30 minutes 🤷🏽♂️

The base pay is typically $65k-$75k, then you earn a % of recoveries. They sign up cases and you work them. You do not decide what cases get assigned to you. You also can't decide what to reject. Any case with value above $50k has to be submitted to a "big case committee" to determine your settlement value. Or they may tell you to try the case no matter what. There is not a lot of leeway in how you work the cases up, but some can make high six figures. It's extremely high volume though...

I would never work at a place like this. Known to be a sweatshop, I suppose it's a great place to pick up experience, then run for the hill.
Another "big secret" that's been public knowledge for a while: It is FIRM POLICY to deny any extensions for any reason whatsoever. Deviation from this policy is possible grounds for dismissal.
Sorry M&M, but you've got some blabber mouths.
