Hey, Fishies! We’re launching our first Interview/Q+A series "Portfolio Rewind: Would You Hire You?"
Like a portfolio review in reverse, creative leaders will share work they created when they first started out and critique it as if were a book that had just landed in their inbox. Then, tell us if they’d hire their younger selves knowing, and expecting, what they do now.
Drop in for get the chance to ask questions, and get your book reviewed by our guest. Hope you can make it!

This can mean many things: 1.Scheduling and aligning internal people to commit to interviews is challenging 2. The company is disorganized and you are seeing a small window into this 3. There has been a change in priorities and the role may be backlogged or in the process if being cancelled 4. You are working with a busy overworked recruiter and you have to be patient.
It’s not your fault, it’s theirs.
Relax people have lives beyond work so they can’t always commit your timeline
Check your spam and junk email for the invite. Contact your recruiter first thing, ideally before your scheduled start time, and let her know. She might be super fragmented, so if you catch her on the phone, ask her to send invite while you're on the line. Pretty common reason for the scenario is she hasn't heard back from your interviewer(s) yet.
