MSFT folks, what’s the loop interview process like? For non-tech roles. Any insights?

We are starting to build our SE team after a successful pilot with one person. Have you ever built a team from the ground up? How did you prove out the business case? What was most effective for building the case for more hires?

Recently received Star&r award. It's my first time getting it and I know that I can choose a voucher. How can I utilize it best? Need suggestions.

How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer?
