My AC has literally been treating me like an assistant. There is nothing that she does, all the expectations are from me- run the call, complete the deliverable, make all the slides- EVERYTHING. She says she doesn’t have the bandwidth to work too much and later in meetings quotes herself doing everything. It’s been bothering me for too long now and it’s not healthy I feel. Also I really need some role specifics here- do AC’s not do any research? What is the expectation? I am new and too tired

I have joined a company on 4th Feb, through consultancy on contract to hire basis.
