my background check is taking long in adecco, does it usually take over a month or do i have to keep calling them, cuz i did my research on it and most people get the job in adecco right away or less than 2 weeks

What are questions to ask in an interview with a startup? I work at a medium sized company that brings in ~$70m in revenue with decent health benefits and 401k. I’ll be interviewing with a startup that’s under 50ppl and from what I could find online makes ~$4m in revenue and received a second round of funding (but is in debt). What are smart questions to make sure the company would be a good fit and for me to know what risks I could face joining a startup?

At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Obviously, he finally let it go but I scan it with an inventory scanner that showed me all of the sale price promotions if there were any
