I had it really bad for months. Finally got a wrist brace to wear at night and it went away. Here is a link.

I found that part of my problem was my chair was too low. I raised it and it helped. Guess I had things awkwardly angled?
And wrist rests are CRITICAL!!!
I really like the logitech MX master 2s. It’s more ergonomic than basic mouses, but probably not all the way there. Overall function is fantastic though.
Have you looked into surgery?
I haven't honestly. I only have an issue with my right hand and it's been worse since working remote.
I like the Logitech MX keyboard. You may also want to look at your overall setup. Recently told to position my screens at eye level and arms/ wrists parallel to the floor (arms should be bent 90 degrees and wrists not cocked).

I use jelly comb, seem pretty comfortable and decently quiet
I use one of those weird ergonomic keyboards with the curved layout and built-in pads for the wrists, I think it’s Microsoft. Super basic and I’ll probably upgrade at some point but I wanted to make sure I liked the curvature. It made a huge difference for me along with using a basic mouse. The rest of the improvement came from discovering I had low vitamin D. I am on 8 weeks of high doses to “catch up” and I noticed immediate improvement in my hand/wrist and lower back pain, which I thought was just due to getting older. Turns out most people are deficient and it causes a lot of joint pain that’s easy to dismiss as “normal” when it’s actually not.
