Fishes, how were the appraisals in general at Deutsche Bank for roles in Mumbai location? Understand that they got concluded only recently so it will be interesting to know. While it may vary from function to function but we will atleast got to know a ballpark figure. Also if you could add your designations, will be great.

The big downside is that it’s probably a violation of your terms of employment with both companies unless you get their permission. If they found out you could lose your job (probably would). It’s also possible that you’re not actually able to manage two jobs at once. Coordination would be tricky if it’s the type of role with even a decent number of meetings.
MBA programs would likely ask about this during an interview and how you pulled it off. They will probably question how effective you actually were at both jobs, so you better have some examples of how you progressed/excelled at one or both. I’m not sure they’d give you credit for holding two jobs at once. They might even question it from an ethical standpoint since they’d know it’s likely a violation of your employment agreement.
