My fiancé and I just did a prenup through helloprenup.com and I highly recommend it! It was $550 (we googled and found a $50 coupon). Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.
