Does your friend breathe and have a pulse? congratz, accepted.

likefunny

Yes. Everyone is understaffed, esp at the senior level

Have a pulse.....😂 All kidding aside, just have a good attitude, ask good questions, and be prepared to answer questions on what type of tax work you’ve worked on. Main thing is they want to know if you have relevant work experience and if they can see you working on a team and on your own as well as long busy season tax hours.

Tell me about yourself why you left Deloitee

funny

Be prepared w/ questions like tell me a time when..........

Senior in what ? Tax , audit , advisory , admin consulting ?

Tax!

It was casual. Prepare for behavioral questions and think of examples from experience. STAR method was helpful.

Deloitte Human Capital Consulting I am currently a student considering my options for careers. I have an internship lined up for Deloitte this summer in their Human Capital department . From what I can see it is a lot of workday implementation/other hr softwares. This is interesting to me. But I would also like the opportunity to be involved in talent strategy, compensation and benefits etc. But it seems like this really isn’t an option. Could someone please provide insight into this role.

Work at a hold co and tired of hearing the ceo’s are in it with us and taking cuts? I call BS on that! They are only reducing salary and will still earn millions. Omnicom John Wren - $19,818,780 in 2019, his 2020 sacrifice = 5.05% reduction. IPG – Michael Roth $16,590,172 in 2019 his 2020 sacrifice is undisclosed. WPP Mark Read £2,594,000 in 2019 his 2020 sacrifice = 1.88% reduction. Publicis Arthur Sadoun €3,265,800 in 2019 his 2020 sacrifice = 4.6% reduction.

I would still think the former/old way is better from work planning perspective.
