I’ve been working at Paycor for about 3 years now under the Implementation department. I love my role but I can’t deal with the clients anymore. I obtained my MBA focusing on org dev in 2020 and have been looking for a way to move into that area since. My question is what type of role should I be looking for? The depts are so different and I’m lost.
