Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa
After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

I know that Deloitte reimburses expenses but you need to get your own lawyer and do basically everything on your own, i.e they won’t help you with the process itself, but they will reimburse you for majority of the expenses. I’d expect other Big 4 to have similar programs in place
Most employers would not since it’s not employment based.
They should, ask your immigration contact. at least EY covers marriage based petitions in lieu of employment based. It’s a win-win. Only thing is you’d still have to meet the requirements of an employment based if the firm were to file. If you don’t meet the requirements then the firm will not cover the costs.
