Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center

There can be multiple reasons of being underpaid. I am listing those reasons below.
1) I have done my BTech from Tier 3 college
2) No post graduation
3) In a same organization since 2019.
I have been promoted twice in my 4 years of tenure with this organization. Also, my next promotion is due for 2024 and I will be getting promoted to a PM role. I am satisfied with the manager, my co-workers as well as the WLB. Could you guys suggest me below?
1) Should I start looking for new opportunities?
2) What should be my expected salary in my current organization after getting promoted as PM?
