Need Advice on Moving to Australia with 462 Visa
I recently got a 462 Work and Holiday Visa (1-year validity) and have 4 years of experience as a Java Developer in India. The visa restricts working for the same employer for more than 6 months. Is it worth moving to Australia with this visa? Are there good IT job prospects for short-term roles, and is transitioning to a skilled migration visa realistic? so I’m unsure. Would love insights from those familiar with the Australian IT market.

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied?
