Need advice: One of my friends in infosys got an offer from another company for 50% hike. Infy is offering rsu stock options for the difference amount for retaining but not ready to match the salary. Is it wise decision to take stock options or should he switch for 50% hike? Or if they give 30% hike and stocks for remaining amount? Basically can stock options be right substitute for salary hike?
