Need help with an Job offer. Currently senior consultant at Deloitte in Germany. Got an offer from BCG Platinion as SCON too, 15% pay raise + all other benefits. I’m willing to learn, currently I’m quite technical, a lot of long running implementation projects. Got the feeling could be a good chance, especially for my CV. But raise is not that high and I expect a lot more work. How are the working hours realistically? Is it up or out too in BCG PLA? Do you think it’s a smart move?

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise. Was interested if anyone had insight into whether a jump to their M&A or PE groups would be possible. In terms of background, I have an undergrad business degree from a T20 school and graduated a T14 law school as well.
