I worked as a Java Backend Developer at MAERSK. I am an excellent resource with 3 years of experience.

I am experienced in - Java 8, Kafka, Azure, TemporalSpring, Caching, Redis, Functional programming.

Would you be able to help me with the referral process of any company.

What does transitioning from entrepreneurship > top VC fund look like? Seems like they usually come in at the partner level, but what kind of background would they need? Would say a 7-figure exit mean much? Low 8-figure?

When someone has a gap (up to 6 months) between a big law job and their first in house application, do you assume they were laid off? Would you advise a candidate to actively share why they took a break, if it wasn’t a lay off?

Would someone be able to look over my resume and let me know if I would be a good fit for a role at Google? Just a little background I have 4 years experience, halfway through my MBA in Strategy & Analytics and a certified scrum master.

Anyone have advice on getting your foot in the door at Google or Meta for a Sales Role? I’ve only got 3.5 years of experience but have achieved Presidents Club and have had success at 2 “blue chip” organizations.
