Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

If I resign now notice period is 1 month, but if I complete 1 year notice period is 3 months?
My visa is not yet approved, I am confused now whether to resign or stay?

Talk to your recruiter. Explain the situation. Don’t start off by saying you’re willing to accept less comp.

I have read this multiple times and still don’t understand the question.

Why don’t you just stay at your current job?
Still not making much sense to me.
I'd recommend setting up a call with the recruiter to see if you can work remote with travel as needed for a few months due to recent family situation (assuming it's not a permanent situation).
You don't need to tell them all your business. But if it's something like illness (covid, heart attack, etc.) or end of life planning, I would say that (without specifics) so they understand the seriousness.
I def wouldn't accept a lesser offer. They can be flexible and if they aren't, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Good luck, hope everything goes well ❤

Leverage your offer to try and change the circumstances of your current job? Maybe, tough to say but worth the shot.
Leverage the offer to help get interviews? No. Why would that work?

Tell them you need to be remote due to family stuff and see if they can make it work, or let you work out of a different office.
