Had an hm call about 2 weeks ago for a non tech role. Felt like the convo went well and was told I’d be progressing to on site stage. Radio silence from recruiter since then. Is this normal or can I assume the role has been filled?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). Hello Fishes, I'm planning to join Deloitte india in the second week of November, I have got a designation of "Manager". I'm from a technical background (SF DevOps).
