Need some insight please :)!I am 1 year postgrad from undergrad and i got my first job at zenith as a media buyer & i just hit my 1 year!

Someone from Omnicom Media Group reached out about a media buying associate role for the PHD company. With this role, I would be making about 15k more than I am currently making at Zenith. I know i should take this new role, but I don't want to be pigeonholed into this role. I wanted to explore more creative roles. Any Advice? Also how is the culture working at PHD vs Publicis?

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

How important are references on a resume? I'm still at the agency I started at out of college so all my references would be people I work with now...who I don't want to know I'm leaving yet.
