For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

I have both and have been weighing downgrading to the preferred. I mainly use Chase for Hyatt points transfers at this point and with the $300 travel credit, the card is only $250. Also, I only use Chase (Visa) when I travel abroad as Amex is not widely accepted.
I mainly use my platinum for flight purchases at 5x per dollar and lounge access. I use all the credits, $200 hotel, $200 Uber, $200 travel incidentals. Also get $150 discount on the fee since I have a corporate card as well.
CSR is better for dining and other travel at 3x pts per dollar. The preferred would also be better than the Plat at 2x per dollar on travel and 3x on dining, streaming and groceries.
(I rarely use the card travel portals so don't factor those into points per dollar)

Which card do you like more? You weighed the pros and cons but didn’t specify an actual preference, which will play into your actual choice.
I don’t necessarily have preference. I just think for Amex, using the perks (e.g. $200 airlines credit) is more restrictive (pre-register airlines and can only use for other charges not actual flight tickets). But that maybe because I am new to Amex plat and haven’t learnt yet on how to best use the perks.
With amex plat, you can add a free additional gold card user and transfer points to their airline partner for free also from your account. For chase sapphire reserve I understand you have to pay $75 to add each authorized card user to transfer points to their respective airline program.
I honestly find amex points transfer better and simplest out of all.
We are thinking of downgrading CSR to CSP and pool more points with amex, i also earn a lot from rakuten-amex MR program which outearns any CSR restaurant credits.
