I have 14 years exp in Data Engineering both On Premises & Cloud technologies. My expertise includes Azure Data Engineering stacks, Design & Architecture and leading Data Engineer projects end to end

I happened to clear a interview for tech giant and was offered a role recently, in salary discussion I asked for 45% raise to my current ctc and it was accepted immediately. Did I underquote myself? How can I correct it?
CCTC: 40 lac
OCTC: 60 lac(15% var)

So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. I decided to leave for the role Im in now.. my old countered to keep me at 115k (which was like pulling teeth for them) but I left anyways now I find out that they offered a 7th year 150 k and a partner title should I be offended that they didn’t even try more with me

Got two offers 1) TCS -12.5 , 2) YASH - 14.5

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking.
