Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? Deloitte experienced hires, who all received written offers and in process of visa/ onboarding, have you heard back anything about hiring freeze? Or recruiter asked you to delay joining date?
My visa got submitted couple of days back and waiting for decision. When I reached out to recruiter to give her an update and mentioned once there’s decision will discuss on the start date before putting my 2 weeks, she mentioned “Yes, we should talk before you put notice” - Am I overthinking? You can use your card for approved expenses and not personal expenses. There has to be a business purpose for the expense, adequate accounting (i.e., a record of the date, place, amount, attendees, and business purpose), and any amount paid to you above allowed expenses must be returned timely.
A common example would be travel expenses (hotel, flight, rental car, food), professional dues (if allowed), or association meeting fees (if approved).
