Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

They may keep you flat as they're careful of the psychological impact of making someone take a pay cut. As mentioned previously, if that occurs, successive raises will be low since you'll need to be brought back in line with salaries in the market. Really depends why you're transferring. If it's something you're initiating and the firm is accommodating you're more likely to get a pay cut initially than if you're transferring because the firm has a need. Either way, you'll be brought into market ranges after the first round table in the new market.
They would either bring your salary down initially to fall within their range in the lower COL city or they will keep your salary flat and preceding raises would be bad. I transferred from high COL to mid COL during my third year at the firm and they brought mine down (but still at high end of range for my new office) and my subsequent raise was good, but I've heard it's just as likely it'll be kept flat.
Good question
If you're moving cities and staying in the same group (i.e. Tax) then they usually keep your salary but your raises will probably be 0. They typically modify your salary if you go to IFS from tax as example.
Great this is good to know. So let's say by the time I make Manager if I were to stay that long I would be at equal pay with my new manager class?
