Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

I have only few more weeks to my LWD. I attended interview for 5 companies all cleared, but only 1 offer in hand, which I am not satisfied with. Others never came back with salary negotiation/confirmation. They just ask the expected CTC and never get back with update. It's a painful wait and demotivating. Fishes, what are your thoughts on the future of work? As long as you are in the same tax jurisdiction of your company, should companies really care where you work from? Personally, I think it will be helpful to de-congest the dump that this tier 1 cities in India. And will contribute to growth of tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Also people will be able to afford homes.
