No one actually has satisfactory answer to why Citiustech Healthcare Technologies is better in comparison. There is one Infosys chief who comments in every post related to CitiusTech iterating over and over again that it is good company, and other people are just following thinking the majority are saying so it should be good.

where headcount is less.. you can expect more recognization.. more hikes.. less benchtime..

CitiusTech is one of the companies which will raise your H1B guaranteed if you stay for more that 1 year, Also it has a regular increment of 8-10%. Project are much flexible. Job Security is also good there.
I work here at CT. I'm an ex Infoscion, so I know how other service based companies are. Good thing here is I can work based on my requirements and flexibility unlike in other service based, where I have to obey the seniors (in most cases). Rest everything is same as other service based.
Also regarding the CTC, everyone knows that the high CTC game which was played for 5-6 months last year has been reduced, so every company has maintained a bracket and they aren't giving out too much unlike they did in 2021 (June to Oct)
Yep. Only issue is some calls which may be till 10pm at night, but you can manage the breaks in between.
