Not much different than other areas - it typically has more to do with how busy the other side is than anything else. I’d say a week is typical. More than two weeks is taking too long and it probably got buried in someone’s inbox. I’d ask for an update after a week to remind them
In my experience a minimum of a week, 10-20 days on average. Sometimes it takes longer but there’s not a good excuse for that barring special circumstances.

3 weeks - sounds like a mom and pop tenant (not triple net), so tenants counsel might not be very sophisticated and/or the tenant will probably require a lot of hand holding.

Commercial shopping center , billboards and cell towers. Yes we charge triple nets.
On average, negotiating a commercial NNN lease takes about 10 business days. I start my due diligence upon being retained and typically have my first round of edits back on a first draft within 3 business days.
Are you saying negotiating the full lease from first draft to execution takes on average 10 business days, or just the first round?
