I received design challenge 24hrs before the interview time and just now, 12hrs before the interview, received an automated email saying “I am no longer under consideration”??? I am a multiple time founder, ran my company for 4 years, a self funded startup, so no concept of salary. My last CTC with a US based firm as a consultant was USD 96000 until Jan 2021 (I was residing in India).
I have an offer in hand from a startup for 90 LPA + 1Cr worth of ESOPs.
