Not sure what do. I left my private practise job for a risk and compliance role but I have to say I’m bored. I miss giving technical advice. There is so much about private practise I hate though (billing, time recording, hours pressure, WLB). Not sure what to do, only been in the new job three months!

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

I finally was able to convince my principal that we need a consistent math intervention at the MS level (grades 5-8). (Right now, we are just "doing our own thing," which isn't helping students progress much.) Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be beneficial to have some sort of progress monitoring tool as part of the program, if possible. Our classes run roughly 55 minutes (which is too long for an intervention, in my humble opinion).
