Do it, no point in having money if you’re a fat slob who can’t enjoy it (aka dying early)
Big fing facts 💯
I go during lunch. Have it blocked off from 11:30-1. Didnt tell anyone, I just have it blocked off and nobody bothers me.
Out of all the different periods of working out in my life, The one time When I would worked out for an hour every day in the middle of my day during my lunch break is when I lost the most weight the quickest. Mid day workouts are great.
Would you go back in the evenings too or was it still 1 workout a day?
Just as long as no one needs to smell you afterwards
I do this every day
I do this every single day. I block off my calendar and my teams know to only book meetings if my calendar is free.

Not sure why there would be a downside to this? An hour workout could turn to 2 hours if you’re driving to a gym, and showering and such before being back at your computer. So I’d be careful about being gone for too long every day (combined with lunch and other breaks too). But otherwise, not sure why you’d be concerned.
I workout from 11:45 till 1pm. I’m just lucky I have the gym in my building
The firm will support you. I just took a leadership course that was firm endorsed. Get your hours in, do your work, perform; but have flexibility while doing it.
This is may daily routine for the past 2 years. Sometimes I’ll even get on calls that I don’t necessarily need to talk in if there’s a meeting scheduled. Then it’s as if I’m at my desk.
Been doing this every day for years, never a problem and it’s great to ward off the normal early afternoon crash
I’m also significantly more productive when I come back from the gym. Idt anyone would care but yeah I also don’t say anything and it’s just blocked off on my calendsr
Doing this now
It's called a lunch break. Dear the accounting Gods
It’s a great idea. Nothing like 45minutes of cardio to get your blood flowing! I find working out mid day helps fight off the urge to just fall asleep at 4:00pm.
