Now a days I see negative reviews for every firm here (and on Glassdoor too).
If it's negative for most of the firms, how should we take a decision to join new firm ? I know the overall corporate culture in India has degraded , hence such reviews. But kahin to join karna padega na Bhai if want to leave current firm.

HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification.
