Yesterday my people lead told that there is no variable pay for me as my previous people lead put negative remarks on portal. Here in the screenshot as you can see yearly bonus on November is zero. But there is a monthly bonus amount. What is that monthly bonus and when shall I get it?

My YOE is 3 years(Tech stack- Oracle DBA) and CTC I got is 10 LPA gross.
Will it be worth joining hcl at this PKG considering I am switching from TCS. Or should I take retention offer of 8.5 LPA.

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. I've got a job offer from a small IT company. But before releasing the offer letter, they want me to accept a terms and conditions form which has this 10th point as shown in picture. It states failing to join them will result in paying 2 months of salary that's around 130000 rs.
