Is anyone here a client service associate ? I have just been offered a position as one. It didn’t seem like a call center in my interview but now that I’m speaking with people it does seem like one. Can anyone provide any insight? I need my series 7 and 63.

When requesting feedback I’m told I’m on the right path, no suggestions on what to improve. I asked about timelines for advancement and not being given anything concrete. Recently interviewed with another company as a Vendor Mgmt partner. Individual contributor, high visible position with potential. Thoughts?
