bf works for doordash - none existent work life balance (that is the culture across the company from top down). also all employees have to dash once a month starting 2022. the pay is good and the work is interesting sure, but if u care about wlb and mental health, i wouldnt recommend going
Take Microsoft or Salesforce. I’ve providing you those recommendations based on my belief in their business models and the future success of those companies.
Slack is fine too.. salesforce owns them
Doordash may be volatile in its stock. Depend on your pay structure, be careful on evaluating it as your RSU may go up and down unpredictably. And you gotta do delivery once a month (not a big deal though)
SalesForce does not have refresher. It’ll be a cliff after 4 years but it’ll be a good 4 years.
MSFT can provide strong profile and good stock appreciation. Heard wlb is good.
Can’t offer opinion on. Wayfair or Slack, but SalesForce acquired Slack. So not sure on how it’ll impact the future direction.
A note on volatile stock… Doordash was at $250 in Nov and it’s around $150 today. Make sure you can stomach a loss of 40% in RSU and still be happy in case things turn ugly.
Have had several friends leave Wayfair post business school recently due to poor corporate culture (seems to vary by team though).

Yeah take MSFT or CRM for long term. Slack has turned into just another product in the SF ecosystem.
I used to work at Salesforce and left for MSFT primarily due to RSUs and refreshers. The difference will be about 400k more over the next 4 years

150 TC? What city ?
Only thing is DoorDash seems like a pretty interesting challenge. Much newer, in a growth phase & launching many new offerings

So..dare I say…Meta.
…I’ll see myself out
Microsoft hands down

What are you most interested in? That would be what drives.
If it’s consumer than go Doordash. If enterprise than Slack. They’re just different spaces and motions, high transaction volume and diversity vs lower. Different skillset you’ll build in each which will then impact your future exit opps.
I feel like the gig economy space is much more concentrated now in a few players with limited innovation, new SAAS products are more common.
