Offer eval from epam

Got an offer from EPAM, ₹35 LPA fixed and ₹4 LPA joining bonus for the position of Senior Software Engineer. The client is Novartis. Need to relocate to Gurgaon

My current CTC is ₹31 LPA, with a base of ₹27 LPA. Currently working remotely @corteva

It's not a siginificant hike considering to put down paper and get more offer meanwhile will check with EPAM if they can give remote option.

Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops.
