I think thats a good offer. I am a L5 SA and my TC was $215k.
For an L6 this is a really solid package. I am a Product Manager and came in with similar experiences as an L6 and you are making about 10% more than I did.
Your RSU’s are going to be lower than where they were a few months ago, let alone a few years ago. The shares are over $3200 and by the time you fully vest the shares could be anywhere from $4k to $5k, potentially higher given historical growth rate.
You should avg out to a TC of over 280k and likely you will end up over 300k. For context, by end of year 3 with share growth, my TC was over 300k and now as an L7, I’ll make over 450k this year. This is helpful context because your track pays higher so you could hit L7 and in 4 years be making 500k.

Nice! I had a PMT offer in 2015 which I declined. Biggest mistake of my life. Oh well.

Seems pretty good. How does the bonus get paid out and measured?
The bonuses are split up and paid out monthly alongside base over the first 2 years. Amazon calls them signing bonuses to make up for their back loaded stock vesting schedule.

Go for it. TC 278 for SA is good.
This is a pretty good offer
This is fairly similar as what I got as a L6 but I’d counter for more RSUs I got 100... wouldn’t hurt to try ! Worst they do is come back at 90 RSUs :)

What’s ur background?
Web dev. Been working as an SA for the past 3 years though.
Vesting over 4 years?
Yes. 5% 15% 40% 40%.
RSU seems low. My fiancé got 191 for 9 years of experience and base is 157k in Boston, bonus is the same
I traded a few RSUs for just a little bit more cash across the board. Have some plans that require a bit more liquidity.
Is that you RR?
No, lol
What is L6? I see these types of posts but don’t know what they mean. What would be the equivalent at a consulting firm? Junior engagement manager?
L6 is an incredibly wide band and comp has high variability across Product, Program, Product-Tech and TPM.
Yes MBA’s come in as L6 but they can do so across a variety of areas and tracks including Product or they can go Ops Pathways.
I went to L7 but had I pivoted to TPM, an L6 TPM can make more than a level 7 product manager.
For additional context, the former L8 I worked with just took a COO job and The L10 I previously fell under left to become CEO of Boxed.com
