Recently I had interview with IBM on 9th followed by PDM on 10th may, how long it usually takes for IBM to share offer letter ?
On 16th i got a call from HR asking if i have recieved an offer or not to which I revert with a No however I did share my current salary and adhar card already , than she said it will be published soon .

Any leads on what is usually the time frame it takes to receive an offer from IBM?

Potential new job is flying me across the country….for a one hour interview. Red flag? Or just a formality since they want me to relocate so I can see what it’s about?

Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management.
