Who is in the dental field?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

Thanks P1. The firm is a top EU boutique for procurement and supply chain and more than 50% of their work comes from PE houses. Culture seems to be good - given reviews on glassdoor and people I’ve reached out to separately
Given the goal of getting into PE OPs role, it seems like making the jump is almost a no brainer.
However, what firm is this OP? It would highly depend on the firm and their go-to-market strategy. If their current and focus pipeline is PE companies, it makes perfect sense for you to make the move. If the client base is not PE company, then I would look at the split between their strategy/implementation projects. If they are mostly implementation, even then I would recommend to jump given the 60% jump. Although just make sure the culture isn’t toxic/high churn. Usually smaller firms that pay really high, have a high churn rate.
I’ve been recruited for PE Ops roles - recruiters look for past experience working with portcos, and are interested in more strategy experience. If you want to do a boutique, look at Blue Ridge Partners
