Ok, now I am going to say something most of you don't dare to mention in fear of age discrimination. I'm a GenX with 10 yrs or so left before retirement. I have been about this wondering for a while:
Where are all the older people? Especially in delivery and software development. All the people I usually work with are all younger than me. Where did my peers go? No idea. It's like they are all in hiding just hoping that the government won't raise age of retirement to 70. Does anyone know? 🤔

Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there.
